7 EASY STEPS TO GET RID OF BLOATING WITHIN 24H

Getting ready for a date, a night out or a special event and want to assure no gas is trapped in your belly making you feel uncomfortable?

I've got you covered. I know how embarrassing it is to hold it all inside while your tummy makes funny noises and extends painfully.

I used to be bloated all the time. Whatever I ate made my abdomen look like a balloon. I suffered from IBS, SIBO, fructose malabsorption, and more. So I was trying everything out there to get relief.

And while I was studying nutrition, learning about different remedies, I decided to create my own protocol. I'd been trying numerous variations, tweaking it until I cracked the code. It'd become my staple process when I needed quick relief and I'm so excited to share it with you!

So here are the steps:

Step 1. 24 h before take the activated charcoal. It binds the toxins and trapped gas in your intestines and gently removes it from your body. Take it between your meals and at least two hours after your medication (if you take one), as it can also bind the nutrients and medication and remove them.

Step 2. The evening before take magnesium oxide. When magnesium oxide is mixed with water, it is called magnesium hydroxide—this mixture can help naturalize stomach acids and gently relieve constipation. Best taken just before going to bed to provide you with extra relaxation.

Step 3. In the morning, drink a glass of lukewarm water with half lemon on an empty stomach. Lemon juice activates your liver and gently detoxifies your GI tract.

Step 4. Also, in the morning go for a walk, do a brisk jog or try a few yoga poses to release the gas and keep things moving.

Step 5. During the day of the event, eat smaller portions and avoid eating dairy, raw vegetables, legumes, and drinking fizzy drinks. Also, eat mindfully!

Step 6. Sip on a peppermint tea between your meals or try peppermint essential oil orally.

Step 7. Try to relax. You can try deep belly breathing, a quick meditation, get a massage or drink a lemon balm tea to calm your nerves.

Use these steps and you will debloat fast.

Please note this is only a temporary fix. A more comprehensive approach is needed to identify your triggers, adjust your diet, release the trapped emotions, and change your behaviors for more long-term results.
